Quick answer: Start with clean, fully dry natural nails. Test-fit all ten tips before using adhesive, then follow the instructions supplied with your glue or adhesive tabs. Align each tip near the cuticle without attaching it to skin and press it in place.
Before you start
Lay out the ten nails in finger order and check the fit on both hands. A good fit covers the natural nail without pressing into the skin at the sides. If you are unsure of your set size, use the Fine Point size guide first. Most current Fine Point listings include both glue and adhesive tabs, but check the contents of the particular kit you bought.

Application steps
- Prepare: Remove old polish or residue. Wash your hands, then dry your nails completely. Gently push back the cuticle if needed and avoid getting oil or lotion on the nail surface immediately before application.
- Choose the fit: Match each press-on to its finger and put the tips in order. Do this before opening the adhesive so you do not have to search for sizes mid-application.
- Choose your adhesive: Glue and adhesive tabs are different methods. Use only the method and amount directed by that adhesive’s packaging. Do not apply adhesive to irritated skin.
- Align and press: Set the tip close to—but not on—the cuticle, keep it centered, and press evenly. Follow the adhesive instructions for how long to hold it and when to resume water-heavy activities.
- Check the edges: Make sure the tip is secure without glue on surrounding skin. If a nail feels too tight or sits on skin, remove it according to the adhesive instructions and correct the fit.
Glue or adhesive tabs?
Choose based on your plans and the instructions supplied with the kit. Tabs can be convenient for a shorter-wear look or a first try; glue may be preferred when you want a firmer hold. Actual wear depends on fit, preparation, adhesive, and your daily activities. We do not promise a fixed number of wear days for every person.
Safety: Nail glue can bond skin quickly. Keep it away from eyes and mouth, follow the packaging warnings, and do not apply over broken or irritated skin.
